GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES
1. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Anyone over the age of 18 can participate. Participants of the 30K and 60K courses must provide a valid health certificate or an active athlete license (from Athletics or Triathlon Federations) proving their fitness for running as of September 6, 2025. These documents must be submitted to the organization before the race. Participants must be physically prepared and wear appropriate clothing for different weather and nature conditions.
2. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Only registered runners can participate in the race. Registrations will be conducted via APPHURRA.COM, where the Belgrad Ultra website is hosted. By clicking on the registration option, you will be redirected to the registration page.
The final registration date is August 27, 2025.
The deadline for course changes is August 5, 2025.
Switching to a course that has reached the participant limit is not allowed.
Each person has the right to change their course only once.
Registration is personal. It is not allowed to transfer a registration or to let someone else participate under your name.
Any runner who allows an unregistered person to participate will be disqualified at the first checkpoint.
Students receive a 50% discount at the Belgrad Ultra race.
To qualify for the discount, the following conditions must be met:
- Students can receive a 50% discount on race products.
- Birth Year: Those born on or after January 1, 2007, are eligible for this discount.
- Student Certificate: Before registration, student certificates must be sent via email to [email protected]. The documents must be barcode-certified from the e-government system. After verification, a discount coupon will be sent via email.
- Students born in 2005 – 2006 must have their parental consent forms completed at kit collection. These participants can only register for the Fun Run 5K course.
- Discounted registration fees vary based on payment dates. Please check the race registration period fees.
- Participants meeting these conditions can join the Belgrad Ultra races with a 50% discount.
Registration Conditions:
The organization reserves the right to change the registration fees.
The registration fee includes:
- Race bib
- Timing chip
- Race t-shirt
- Food and beverage support at checkpoints along the course
- Finisher medal for those who complete the race
3. SUPPORTER ASSISTANCE FOR RUNNERS:
* Supporter assistance is not allowed in the 5K and 15K courses.
* In the 30K course, supporters are allowed at Cp1 Göktürk, Cp2 Adventure Park, and designated nutrition points under the specified rules.
* In the 60K course, supporters are allowed at Cp1 Göktürk, Cp2 Adventure Park, Cp3 Ayazma, Cp4 Kısırkaya Beach, and Cp5 Forest Road Nutrition Points under the specified rules.
* Supporter assistance is only allowed within 100 meters before and after designated nutrition checkpoints.
* If a supporter obstructs other runners from scanning their chips or receiving nutrition services, the assisted runner will be disqualified.
4. SAFETY AND HEALTH
The organization reserves the right to shorten, stop, or cancel the race in case of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy fog, storm) to ensure participant safety. Any such changes will be announced before or during the race at checkpoints. Participants must comply with the given decisions.
Medical teams and/or ambulances will be present at key locations, which will be announced before the race. If necessary, medical teams may check participants and decide whether they can continue.
5. GENERAL RULES
- Participants must provide a health certificate or a valid athlete license for the 30K and 60K races. (A health report is not required for the 5K and 15K races.)
- Participants must sign the Risk Acceptance Form.
- Competitors are responsible for their own supplies, but limited assistance is available at certain points.
- Participants must always wear their race bibs visibly.
- Participants must start the race at the designated time.
- All checkpoints must be passed; otherwise, the runner will be disqualified.
- Participants who quit the race must inform the organization.
- All race photos and media rights belong to the organization.
- Listening to music with headphones is prohibited in the 15K, 30K, and 60K courses.
- Participants over 65 must provide an ECG and a cardiologist-approved health report.
Paralympic (Disabled) runners can only register for the 5K course.
