1. SUITABILITY

By registering to Belgrade Ultra, participants accept and declare the conditions of participation. In this context;

  • The race is open to everyone over the age of 18. 30K and 60K participants must have a health certificate valid on September 6, 2025 stating that it does not prevent them from running or an athlete license approved by a sports federation.
  • A health report obtained after March 7 or an athlete license valid until September 7, 2025 is required. Our athletes must upload these reports to the apphurra site where they registered before coming to the kit distribution.
  • Runners must be athletically prepared and wear clothing appropriate for different weather and natural conditions.
  • The organizer will not be responsible if participants are not allowed to participate in Belgrade Ultra due to national or local laws.
  • Only one entry/registration per person is allowed.
  • The organizer has the right to verify all identity information of the participant. Registrations containing incorrect information about the identity information will be considered inappropriate.
  • The organizer reserves the right to limit the total number of participants. In such a case, participants will be informed on the www.belgradultra.com page.
  • In cases where there are special category races, the Organizer reserves the right to determine the minimum and maximum number of participants, which will be announced on www.belgradultra.com in a timely manner.
  • Belgrade Ultra will be run solely at the discretion of the organizer. The organizer’s decision on all matters connected with the event is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
  • To register for Belgrade Ultra and access all information about the event, please visit www.belgradultra.com. The contact information in your registration will be used to notify you of any necessary updates.
  • The following data will be published in the lists and results on www.belgradultra.com. (Name, surname, nationality, age group, club/company affiliation (if fully specified)). The time and place of publication of the start lists and results of the events will be announced on www.belgradultra.com.
  • The right to participate in Belgrade Ultra is personal, race numbers and participation rights are not transferable.
  • Before the Belgrade Ultra race, the participant can withdraw from the event at any time. If you decide to withdraw from the event, even if you have a force majeure, the fee will not be refunded and it will not be possible for you to transfer your right to enter the event to someone else. I have knowledge and experience about the risks of running and nature sports in Belgrade Ultra. I accept that risks cannot be completely eliminated in nature sports, that there is limited first aid service, and that I must fully comply with the rules announced by the organization in order to maximize safety. I accept that I am personally responsible for any accidents and injuries that may occur to me before, during and after the race. I know that I must pick up my race kit from the locations specified on www.belgradultra.com. I know that I must pick up my race kit by showing my ID with the Turkish ID number, my own health certificate approved by a doctor 6 months before the race date and the mandatory materials specified by the organization. I know and accept that if I do not pick up my race kit before the specified date, I will not be able to claim any rights for the race kit materials afterwards.
  •  I accept the information regarding the delivery of the items. I know that I have to deliver my numbered bag to the delivery area at the times specified on the organization website and that the authorities will not accept the bags if I do not deliver them at these times. I know that I should not have any valuables, money, phone, wallet etc. in my bag and that I am fully responsible if my bag is lost. I know that if I leave my bag somewhere outside the area or on a vehicle, I may not be able to reach my bag and that the institution and authorities organizing the organization do not have any responsibility for this reason. I know that I have to pick up my bag from the area where I delivered it when I finish the race.
  1. REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
  • Participation in Belgrade Ultra! can be provided via www.belgradultra.com and www.apphurra.com, with credit card and debit card options. Payments include all taxes and fees. Registration will be completed after payment. Payments made by credit card and debit card are binding, non-deferrable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to local statutory law. In case the organizer cancels the event for any reason or without reason, changes the date, city, track or race kilometers or location, and does not participate in the event, the registration fee will not be refunded for any reason. After the payment is successfully made, the contractual relationship based on these participation terms is directly established between the organizer and the participant when the registration is completed. These participation terms constitute the contractual terms.
  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust and change the registration fee locally for any reason during the registration period.
  • Travel expenses and other expenses of the participant participating in Belgrade Ultra will not be covered for any reason. The Organizer will not have any responsibility for any changes or cancellations that may be made, transportation or accommodation expenses, cancellation and change fees, and no complaints or lawsuits can be filed.
  • The only price for the registration fee is the race number, chip and the right to participate in Belgrade Ultra.
  • The organizer has the sole and final decision on whether to award a prize to the winner of the race. If it wishes to award a prize, it reserves the right to change, cancel and/or replace any or all prizes with prizes of similar value. No cash alternatives will be provided as prizes and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The organizer’s decision regarding all prizes related to Belgrade Ultra is final.
  • If the winner does not claim his/her prize within the period specified by the organizer (within the first 5 days after the end of the race) as per the organizer’s instructions and at the time of notification, he/she will forfeit the prize and the organizer reserves the right to determine an alternative winner.
  1. ORGANIZER’S RIGHT TO CHANGE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND DISQUALIFY
  • The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation and these changes will be published on www.belgradultra.com.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, unilaterally terminate the contract, change the details of the event such as the date, start time, course and distance or the facilities offered in connection with the event, without any responsibility or liability, taking into account the applicable laws and regulations, if the organizer deems that it is dangerous or inconvenient to participate in Belgrade Ultra for any reason beyond its control. The organizer may cancel the race or change the date and route due to terrorism, civil unrest, public mourning or serious terrorist risks.
  • During Belgrade Ultra, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participant at its sole discretion for failure to comply with these terms and conditions or, where applicable, for any other illegal or inappropriate behavior, including, but not limited to; behavior that is disruptive at any point during the Event, prior to the Event or in activities related to the Event, that is likely to harm or damage a person, property or the reputation of the organizer, posting on social media that is offensive, degrading or associated with terrorism towards the organizer or the event, providing false information on entry forms, engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct, competing with an unofficial number or race tag, competing with an official number or race tag assigned to another person or of another event, transmitting an official number or race tag to another person, attempting to obtain such number or tag from another person, having a person who is not registered for the Event perform hare athletics during the race, and for health and safety reasons. In the event of disqualification of a winning participant; prize will be forfeited and/or the prize will be forfeited or awarded to an alternate winner. No refund will be made to any participant who is disqualified for any reason. Individuals disqualified from an Event will have their names removed from the official results.
  • Since the organization will be held in public areas, I know that as a participant I am obliged to comply with general community rules. I know and accept that it is forbidden to act outside the organization rules, enter off-course areas, and harm the life and property of third parties or institutions during the event, and that I will be responsible for all other situations. I know and accept that I will comply with the rules to be announced by the organizing institution officials and the Security authorities for race safety, that I will not be subject to body and bag searches on the day of the race, and that I will not be allowed to participate in the race if I am deemed dangerous in terms of security.
  • Belgrade Ultra is a running event and it is not possible to participate in the race with a bicycle, motorcycle, skates or any other wheeled or non-wheeled vehicle and any kind of animal.
  • I know and approve that contestants who do not carry the mandatory materials specified by the authorities during the organization, contestants who pollute the environment, and contestants who do not help a contestant in need will be disqualified.
  • I know and accept that all runners registered in any category of Belgrade Ultra are prohibited from bringing or displaying any visuals representing any brand, association, foundation, organization, platform or formation into the running area, except for visuals such as t-shirts, balloons, flags etc. distributed as giveaways by sponsor companies. I know and accept that legal proceedings will be initiated and receivables will be filed against individuals and institutions detected to have such behavior.
  • I know and accept that if my name does not appear on the results list to be published after the race and if I think my race result is wrong, I will make my request to the referee in the chip measurement tent at the race area at least 1 hour before the end time of the organization on the race day, with visual documents if any, stating that I ran in the race, passed through the chip points completely and completed the race within the specified time limit, and that I will not be able to claim any rights for the request I did not make within the specified time.
  • I know and accept that if I do not pass through the chip carpets located at the chip points set up on the race track and do not have my chip scanned by the handheld terminals, and if I violate the rules specified in the disqualification rules stated on the website https://www.belgradultra.com, this will be grounds for disqualification.
  • When the results are announced, the organizer may request the gpx of the route the competitors ran if deemed necessary. Athletes cannot claim any rights if they cannot show this file from their watches or strava.
  • In measuring the results, general categories are measured according to male/female gun time, and age categories are measured according to net time.
  • A runner who is found to be carrying missing mandatory equipment will be given a 10-minute time penalty. If the organizer detects that a runner is missing equipment that could endanger his health, he may be banned from the race.
  • The competitor who starts the race with the baton must finish the race with the baton. Otherwise, a 60-minute time penalty will be given.

The behaviors listed below are direct grounds for disqualification:

  • Not passing through any waypoints.
  • Using a shortcut or vehicle.
  • Receiving support outside of waypoints.
  • Leaving a participant who needs help alone and not providing assistance.
  • Destroying the natural environment or littering.
  • Refusing to be checked by medical personnel.
  • Not complying with decisions made by medical personnel or the organization (e.g. not continuing the race).
  • Not having required materials or refusing to have them checked by the organization.
  1. GRANTING RIGHTS
  •  The Organiser or any third party it may authorise shall be entitled to capture and use audio recordings, video recordings and photographs from the event and to use your name, image, voice, performance and biographical material for any purpose (commercial, marketing, promotional, news or otherwise) in all media in perpetuity, in accordance with local statutory law.
  • The Organiser shall have the right to use, broadcast, display, show, reproduce and/or present to the public all visual and audio data in its possession related to the Event, on radio, television, cinemas, events, data carriers or any other media and worldwide. The Organiser shall have the right to make alterations, interruptions, cuts or other changes to the visual and audio data and to use such altered visual and audio data without restriction. The Organiser shall have the right to transfer the granted rights to any third party. You accept that you may not be mentioned as a Participant in the Event and you do not expect to gain any financial benefit from your appearance in any media related to the Event. By accepting the present Terms of Participation, you grant the Organiser the right to use such visual and audio data under the conditions detailed above. The sole consideration for this comprehensive assignment of rights shall be the participation in and the chance to win the Belgrade Ultra.
  • The Participant acknowledges that the Organizer (including its affiliates and partners) is permitted to use the registration data for promotional, commercial and/or marketing purposes in relation to Belgrade Ultra, subject to restrictions in accordance with local statutory law.
  1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION
  • The following “Personal Data” describes all data held in connection with the participant’s name. Hereby, the participant confirms that the personal data entered in connection with Belgrade Ultra is correct and up-to-date.
  • As the Organiser operates worldwide, it may transfer personal data to countries outside the country of residence in accordance with all relevant data protection regulations. Personal data will only be used for the period necessary for Belgrade Ultra related purposes. This period also includes a period after the completion of Belgrade Ultra in order to distribute prizes or to carry out tax or other legal inquiries.
  • My winning entrant will be required to take part in reasonable promotional activities associated with Belgrade Ultra.
  • The organizer and its contractors may contact you via e-mail, telephone or other means in connection with Belgrade Ultra. The participant has the right to request that these personal data be changed or deleted in whole or in part at any time. In such a case, the organizer will ensure that these data are deleted as soon as possible.
  • After the race start, late entries will not be accepted. In case of loss of chip or race chest number, event participation will be impossible. In such a case, the organizer does not accept any responsibility for the entries that did not take place and the participation fee will not be refunded.
  • In case of disqualification, the organizer has no obligation to publish this.
  • The participant determines his/her physical condition regarding his/her participation in Belgrade Ultra at his/her own risk and the organizer cannot be held responsible for any medical/health issues of the participant.
  • All choices regarding race categories are the responsibility of the participant and do not bind the organizer. The organizer is not responsible if a participant injures himself/herself while performing actions related to Belgrade Ultra. The organizer may direct the participant to a health institution if deemed necessary. Any expenses that may arise in connection with medical care that may be applied to the participant in the health institution are not the responsibility of the organizer and are covered by the participant.
  • During the registration period, the organizer reserves the right to add new race tracks, make changes to existing tracks and to announce new information about the tracks. Any information provided by the organizer regarding the tracks serves exclusively for informational purposes and does not have a binding effect on the organizer.
  • It is mandatory to comply with the instructions of the Organizer and the Race Personnel. In case of non-compliance that disturbs the smooth running of the event or endangers the safety of the participants, the Organizer is authorized to ban and/or disqualify the person concerned from the event at any time. The health personnel has the discretion to make decisions regarding the participants. No reason related to the participant will be considered as the responsibility of the Organizer in any way. The Participant confirms that the Organizer, the race personnel or the cooperation partners will not assume any responsibility in the event of injury etc. In case of any damage caused by the Participant; all legal rights of the Organizer are reserved.
  • The Organiser may make changes to the km. related to the race, change the distances of the race and thus the relevant federation represented by the race. It is mandatory to comply with the Organiser’s competition and safety rules for the benefit of the participant and everyone else. The Organiser or race personnel may refuse the participation of the participant at any time. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under the terms of participation for any reason beyond its own responsibility. The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, provide parking, storage, changing and/or cleaning facilities at the Event Area. However, the use of these facilities is the sole responsibility of the participant and the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of these facilities.
  • All official procedures related to Belgrade Ultra will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city where the event is held.
  • I acknowledge and agree that the organizer will, in its sole discretion, postpone or cancel the Event if it determines that the conditions on the day of the Race are unsafe. In the event that the Event is postponed or cancelled due to natural disasters (including but not limited to wind, heavy rain, rain, hail, storm, tornado, earthquake), acts of terrorism, state of emergency, fire, threat of strike or strike, labor shortages, work stoppage, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, unavoidable loss of life, race route conditions or any other reason beyond the organizer’s control or at the request of local authorities, the organizer will not refund the Participation Fee and other expenses related to the Event.

“I have read the Belgrade Ultra registration and participation conditions , which consist of a total of 6 main articles and sub-articles, with my free will. I am participating in the competition by accepting all the details in the Registration and Participation Conditions and by undertaking that I will not file a lawsuit regarding any article.”
