Foyer: Our event team supports partner companies throughout the festival and assists participants with any questions they may have.
Kit Distribution: Organized before the race to ensure that national and international participants have the best experience possible.
Course Operations: Managing all operational processes on the racecourse during the event.

(FAQ) Frequently Asked Questions
01 What is the application deadline?
Generally, you can apply for volunteering throughout the year. Evaluations take place between X and Y dates, and spots are limited. First come, first served!
02 I don’t live in Istanbul. Does Merrell Belgrad Ultra cover travel, accommodation, and meal expenses?
All volunteers will receive support for camping accommodation (optional), transportation, and meals.
03 Will there be an orientation before the event?
Our volunteer operations manager will share all relevant information with you via email beforehand. There will be an official kickoff meeting for the entire team before the festival, where all open questions will be answered, and you will receive hands-on training for the event.
04 Can I attend the talks at the festival?
Based on your schedule, we will ensure that you can participate in some of the talks to get your fair share of inspiration and knowledge exchange.
