15K MERRELL BELGRAD SHORT TRAIL COURSE Race Start Time: September 6, 2025 – Time: 09:15 Location Start / Finish: Kemerburgaz Kent Ormanı SPX Park Course Length: 15K Elevation: 280m ± Cut-Off Time: 180 minutes (three hours)

• Only registered runners can participate in the race.
• Registrations will be made through the website www.belgradultra.com.
• The final registration date is August 27, 2025, at 23:59.
• The final date for course changes is August 5, 2025, at 17:00. Transitions to a course that has reached the participant limit will not be allowed.
• The maximum number of participants is limited to 2250 people. Registrations will close once this limit is reached, regardless of the final registration date.
• Each registration is personal. Transfer of registration or another person running instead of the registered participant is not allowed.
• Each person is entitled to change their course only once.
• Each participant must collect their kit in person by presenting identification. No kit will be given to another person.
• Each participant must sign the waiver form themselves to receive their kit.
• Participants must be at least 18+ years old to join the course.
• All finishers will receive a finisher medal.
• A health report is not required for the 15K course.

• Plastic flask or cup
• Bib Number (Provided by the organization)
• Timing Chip (Provided by the organization)

• Mobile Phone (Must have emergency numbers of the organization saved.)

Note: Walking poles (batons) are allowed. If used, they must be carried until the end of the race and cannot be left at checkpoints.
